Owner/Agent Self-Service Portal
Due to emergency maintenance, the owner’s portal will be unavailable from Friday, September 20 through Monday, September 23. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Owner/Agent Self-Service Portal is an online tool that allows Housing Choice Voucher (HCV)/Section 8 program owners and agents to conveniently review their information and that of their tenants.
To login to the portal you will need:
- Portal login credentials (username and password). For new units, once the unit is active on the HCV program, contact LHines@slha.org for login credentials.
- A current email address on file. This is so that, if you forget your user name or password, we can send updated login information to you. Contact us by emailing LHines@slha.org.
- Identify whether your portal login credentials grant you access to the Owner Portal or the Agent Portal. For help, click Portal Q&As.
