Missouri renters and landlords in need of emergency rent and utility assistance may apply for funding through the State Assistance For Housing Relief (SAFHR) Program. Administered by the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MDHC), this program makes past due and forward payments directly to the landlord or utility provider.
