The St. Louis Housing Authority is making it easier, faster, and more secure to receive payments by transitioning from paper checks to U.S. Bank ReliaCard® paperless payments.
The ReliaCard is a prepaid debit card that provides convenient access to your funds without the delays and risks associated with paper checks. Once enrolled, eligible payments will be deposited directly to your ReliaCard, allowing you to use your money as soon as it becomes available.
